We want you to love your letters as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition home decor items. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items in their original alphabetized packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
