What makes your magnetic letters different from others?
Our letters are custom-designed with a focus on modern typography. Unlike standard plastic sets, ours feature high-quality materials and strong magnets to ensure they stay in place while looking beautiful in your home.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
Are the magnetic boards safe for children?
While our boards are designed for home decor, they contain small parts (the letters) that can be a choking hazard. We recommend keeping them out of reach of children under the age of 3.
Can I purchase individual letter replacements?
We currently sell letters in curated sets to ensure color and font consistency. However, if you are missing a specific character from a recent purchase, please contact our support team.
